Scope AR partners with ServiceMax to extend its popular service data management to include advanced “knowledge management,” specifically expert on-the-spot and contextual work instructions from WorkLink.

When deployed, ServiceMax users can send WorkLink invitations to their clients and join a live call using WorkLink’s remote assistance functionality. Users may also access AR content for work instructions and critical field service metadata are recorded in the client ServiceMax database.
